I have come out and decided I dont like my body the way it is.....So I joined a boot camp!! Michelle Olsen teaches it at tanglewood studios 3 nights a week!! I LOVE IT!! Tonight she asked us to write our physical short term goals where other people could read them. This will help us stay on track and focused! I want all my friends and family to ask me how I am coming on my goals so it will help motivate me to accomplish the things I have in mind..

1. lose 5 pounds by Feb. 4th.
2. Eat healthy snacks and meals.
3. take the time to go relax in the tanning bed:) (Jade bought me passes but I think "who wants to see a FAT tanned body, I will wait til I'm skinny".)
EvErYoNe help me out any good Ideas on weight loss diets???
